  4. place all of your ingredients, except the chicken, in a blender until you get a somewhat thick, reddish sauce.
  5. put the shredded chicken in a pot and dump the sauce over the chicken, stirring until all chicken is covered. bring to a boil.
  6. serve in tacos or in any way you prefer :)
