After about 5 minutes, tomatoes start to fall apart. Add cherry tomatoes and return chicken then sprinkle herbs and add stock/water. Reduce heat and add lid allowing some steam to escape for 15 mins.
- Add the wheat, bring to a boil and then set aside with lid on. Leave for 15 mins and then serve.
